All we ask is that you tell us, in a legible and relevant statement of no less than 15 words, why you do or don’t love Blue Nun Original Wine, and we’ll send you a cheque to refund the purchase price of one promotional pack and 2nd class postage.

Full Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promotion will run from participating stores open on 28th September until 18th October 2016 and is open to GB (England, Scotland, Wales) residents aged 18 or over.
  2. The promotion is subject to availability on promotional packs of Blue Nun Original (750cl) purchased at participating Tesco stores whilst stocks last.
  3. The promotion is open to individuals only and no bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
  4. The closing date for receipt of final claims is 1st November 2016.
  5. In order to qualify for your money back, please send all the items listed within 14 days and before the closing date for receipt of claims) to: Blue Nun Try Me For Free, PO Box 133, Uckfield TN22 1HH.

    1. Original dated till receipt dated from 28th September 2016 and clearly showing the itemised product:
      • Photocopies will not be accepted;
      • Correctly dated till receipts received after the closing date for receipt of final claims will not be accepted. Receipts will not be returned. Please allow adequate postage time;
    2. Promotional collaret;
    3. Your full name, date of birth, email or telephone number and mailing address; and
    4. Your statement telling us in no less than 15 words why you did or didn’t love Blue Nun Original Wine.
  11. For claim submissions, the 15 word statement must be written in legible sentences and be relevant to the product purchased, please write in block capitals using black ink.
  12. Only one application per household for a single refund in respect of one bottle will be accepted. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
  13. For valid claims, applicants will be refunded their purchase price, as evidenced by the original till receipt, to maximum of £4.55 which includes the cost of second class postage of £0.55.
  14. Please allow 28 days for cheque delivery from receipt of a valid claim.
  15. Cheques will only be made payable to the person whose name and address appears on the application. Cheques are non-transferable and cannot be reissued for any reason.
  16. No responsibility can be taken for claims that have been lost, mislaid, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
  17. Claims submitted with insufficient or invalid postage will have the postage deficit and Royal Mail surcharge deducted from their refund. If the total refund becomes a negative figure, no refund will be issued.
  18. Incomplete, defaced or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be processed. All instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Photocopied claims will deem the claim invalid and will not be processed.
  19. The Claimant is responsible for ensuring that they cash their cheque before its expiry date and the Promoter will not re-issue cheques in the event that the Claimant fails to cash their cheque before it expires.
  20. Employees of Kingsland Wines, F.W Langguth Erben, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the promotion may not enter.
  21. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  22. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
  23. Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of these terms will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any claim.
